Hi, I'm totally new to CS. Looking to connect with some interesting people to gain a better perspective of the areas I'm visiting!

I'm a very easy-going, west-coast style kinda guy. I love to have a good time, conversation and such. I think I can pretty much get along with anyone...

PHILOSOPHY

We've only got one life (as far as I know) ... So I'd like to think I'm trying to really live. I've recently adopted the motto that "it's not the times we say NO that we remember, it's the times we embrace adventure and say YES that truly affect us!"

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At this point, I'm just traveling, signed up last week when I found out about the service.

When I get back home, I'll hopefully be able to provide some reciprocal couch space for travelers!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet! ... well not through this service at least... I really loved couch surfing in New Zealand though - met such great people!

Just read Stephen King's epic Dark Tower Series, very interesting read. I'm starting to read Zen and the art of Motorcycle Maintenance also.

Movies, all sorts.

Music, almost everything (not too big on country/hiphop though!).

Over an 8-month period in 2003, I sailed across the South Pacific Ocean - from Panama to New Zealand. Amazing. Hard to believe the memories are real.
