About Me

CURRENT MISSION

FUN is my mission. LOVE is my methodology. CURIOSITY is my fuel.

ABOUT ME

Vegan athlete, globe-trotter, scientist, engineer, and circus performer who wants help make the world an even more amazing place which inspires people to do their part to preserve it. Burningman has illustrated the possibilities of creating a modern utopia populated by creative, intelligent, and forward thinking people who band together toward a noble goal. Here is a small section of the list of things that make me jump out of bed in the morning are: excellent books, yoga, trapeze, stilt-walking, club-juggling, crazy costumes, rubik's cubes, clever riddles, fuzzy kittens, fire-spinning, coral reefs, ping-pong, magic tricks, sweat-lodges, stimulating conversation, delectable raw dessert recipes, and getting lost in new cities.

PHILOSOPHY

Seeking truth with a willingness to let go of prior convictions when proven wrong. Acting lovingly and with compassion. Minimizing ego.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wrestled a baby moose to get it off the highway, glacier travel in Alaska (watched massive avalanches while climbing Denali), Barracuda Lake in Philippines (best hot spring EVER!), dove down the escalator shaft of the USS Oriskany, rode horses in the surf with my family, went cave diving with my dad (he's 71!), photographed birds in the swamps of Florida, walked around Annapurna, attended the Maha Kumbh Mela festival with 65 million Hindus, slept on a canoe underneath the milkyway, went skydiving with my dad, crawled into a cave with a shark, performed aerial dance at burningman, stiltwalked in a parade of a billion bunnies, drove a forklift on a fuel barge in the bering sea

Teach, Learn, Share

Vegan cooking, raw desserts (favorite is white chocolate mint fudge), juggling, life-coaching, skating, Thai massage, technology, photography, and how to crack a bullwhip (I taught my niece when she was 6! ;-)
