I am happy to share about myself, my culture and my experiences growing up in Singapore and New York. My personal journey after I lost my partner to cancer, and why I switched careers from a newspaper journalist to yoga and meditation teacher.

I am a certified yoga teacher and would be happy to offer you private yoga classes. I'm also trained in Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki.
