I'm Yesenia, a solo woman bike traveller from Canary Islands (Gran Canaria). I've decided to change my life and my way (or my way of life). I've stopped to work and with my savings, I've took the decision to start traveling by bicycle with NO END DATE or FINAL DESTINATION.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

- I'm in Couchsurfing because it's the best way to know the reality about a place/town/country.
- I'm really curious and I enjoy learning new things about cultural stuff, food, music, political situation...
- Also, I like to share with people good conversations, meals, coffees, teas... As I'm traveling alone I like to have time to socialize with people, and if these people are local, much better!

音乐、电影和书籍

MUSIC: I LOVE music! I'm always listening music with my headphones and I really enjoy sing when I'm riding my bike. I'm learning how to play Ukulele, I can teach you some chords.
Also, I like when people share with me MP3 music for me, it's other 'cultural exchange'.
I like almost all the music but specially: From the 80s, funk, jazz, soul, rock, indie, folk, salsa, bosanova...

MOVIES: I like Spanish/South American movies. Also I like indie movies about the life, culture, history, philosophy, polical situations... We can share movies!

BOOKS: I like to read. Sometimes I read novels (about real stories) and sometimes I read cultural/historical books. I have my Ebook with me. So, feel free to share with me your books!

I can share good conversations about my travel and my experiences, a lot of fun, laughs, good vibes, and good recipes! I like to cook (and eat) so it could be nice if we can share our recipes! If you wish I can cook some food from Spain or from Canary Islands. You will know what is a 'tortilla de papas' or 'papas arrugadas con mojo picón'.
