Hello, I’m Cherise, currently living in China.

I have been to the UK at 2015 to study for my Master’s degree. I intentionally avoided the Chinese students bubble and moved into a shared house with other international students, in the end my English has been improved quite a lot and my housemates turned to be my best friends who recommended me to do couchsurfing.

I have travelled around west Europe all by myself and met so many lovely people on my way.

After graduated from university, I went to Australia and did one year working holiday there.

Couchsurfing experience makes my trips meaningful, I think the connection with people is more important and fun than just being a tourist.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I found two homeless dogs on the street and brought them home, everyone in my family fell in love with them immediately. They have lived with us for 6 years already!
