One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Attended the Vipassana Meditation course in Malaysia last year (April to May 2015).
Ten days (actually twelve days counting in the beginning and ending), totally silent, sitting for meditation more than 12 hours a day.
The more you can feel and control your body, the more peaceful state you are able to achieve in your soul.
