Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Last year, I chose to gap a year to prepare for my graduate study in the USA. During these days, I started to think over about my past life - too straight and narrow, always in a certain circle, without the willing to embrace a bigger world. I think this life style was not cool so I wanted to make a change. Choosing couchsurfing means that you choose to trust others, want to share your experience and make friends with them. I believe it is a process of discovering the beauty of humanity and the process of the discovering the potential of yourself. With it, a person could be more confident, brave and leisure. You will make a lot of friends who are quite positive and interesting with rich life experience. You could experience the local life style and culture. You will get the ability of making a live wherever you are. And I think they are exactly what I want to get.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last summer, I organized a hiking activity in Guangzhou with more than 500 people joined. We walked 44km in a day and crossed four districts in Guangzhou. It was really a crazy journey because we start off from 7:00 am and end up at 10:00 pm. But the happiness of hiking weight more than the tiredness of body. We all cherish this experience because it makes us more persistent and strong.
