Im a easy going, friendly open minded irish lad with a slight french twist. I enjoy the company of almost everyone one i meet. I always enjoy a good conversation about anything from global trade trends to making jam and anything and everything inbetween.

Spending Christmas day snorkelling around sandy Island in Carriacou in the Caribbean and after cooking and eating rock lobster and champagne risotto for christmas dinner.
