ABOUT ME

Hi everyone.

I and my husband are staying in Leiden, Netherlands for the future a few years. Also in 2012, I studied in the UK for my Master degree for one year and I miss all the friends there for they are really friendly and happy.

I am an easy-going and friendly person. I love cooking(crazy about cooking Chinese food), reading and writing actually and if you come to Leiden, very happy to have a chat with you or hang out together if your timetable is also convenient to me.

I work as an online English teacher, which means my students are still in China or other countries all over the world and we have courses through Skype. So, that's why I could not make sure my work schedule because everyday is different, and very flexible.

I and my husband are not 'very social people' and we prefer polite and happy surfers. But we are open-minded and want to talk with others happily! I enjoy sharing. We would like to accept some guests and maybe to be hosted by them in the future. I believe couchsurfing is not selfish, and everybody wants to both give and receive at the same time.

If you come, we could enjoy a dinner together (I'm good at cooking haha). Beer is not that good to me and I am preparing to have a baby this year. Please contact as early as you can, I really want to arrange everything clearly in advance.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that the whole world is beautiful. I love the world full of believing and trusting.
Moreover, life is short, so I should cherish every day and to be kind to every one.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I knew CS from one of my friends. He told me he had hosted a girl from Malaysia. It sounds pretty cool.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I provided accommondation for a Chinese girl for two nights. It's actually a very lovely memory with her. What is more, she recommanded me a very kind host in Bath. Life is full of miracles. I help others and benefit at the same time. Endless stories with CS.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I ever saw the north light in Sweden before Christmas day in a smowy mountain. The latitude was almost 73·C, which was fantastic!

Teach, Learn, Share

I like TED and I believe that Sharing is beautiful. My major was Chinese history when I was an undergraduate, so I knew a lot of Chinese historical stories. Moreover,now I teach Chinese students English online and also teach a Dutch friend Chinese. Unbelievable but it is true.
