One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In my 22, after being obese for over 7 years, I finally lost 20 lbs in 2 months, picking up exercises and stayed healthier.
In my 19, I came to US for studying while I know nothing about the country, the environment that I was going to expose to, no family/support, and it was my second flight, first international flight (first one is a practice flight 1 month before that)
