ABOUT ME

Currently, I'm a postgraduate student in Cardiff University. Although there are a lot of studies need to be done, and my English isn't too bad but needs some improvements, I'd like to meet new friends.

I'll regard myself as an outgoing person, someone said I am funny, but I believe that I just have dissimilar sense of humour. I am subjective and critical, but totally fine with people who have different sexual orientation.

I am enthusiastic with travelling. I don't keen on simply visit those tourist spots, if it is possible, I want to involve in local people's daily life, knowing how they live and what they think of.

When I am travelling, I prefer to stay in a Cafe and observe people's interaction and behaviours, and I will not miss any chance of tasting local cuisine.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have just started to use this platform to meet new friends last month, and it indeed provides a good opportunity to get to know new friend and get inspired.

Sadly, because I'm living in a student accommodation, the sofa is shared with other people, I can't host any traveller.

But, there aren't many classes in school, so I'm more than welcome your invitation of having a cup of tea or joining a festival or watching a show/film.

in addition, I'd like to travel around the Europe, so please consider me as a surfer and allow me sleeping on your sofa. I'm quite quiet,clean,responsible and respectful.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

#1. I have been hosted by a nice girl from England, it was a nice experience because I haven't had this chance to talk to any British people. My horizon is exactly broadened.

#2. There was a English gentleman lead me to a historic pub in England, and he told me the story of this place. I learnt a lesson from him that is it's better to know local people and take their advice of visiting the city.

I think I will keep participating relevant events of CS and being inspired.

Interests

I am keen on watching Dramas, Music, Art, Handcrafts, Museum, Exhibition, Culture, Cuisine, pet, Hiking, and any new experience.

I am good at painting and adore photography.

I'd done two volunteer works in Taipei, one was Teacher Assistant that teach children English with Americans; the other was actress that play dramas to promote road safety in elementary schools.
Also, I joined a work camp where in Iceland, our main task was protecting the environment and doing photography. Now,I'd like to travel around the Europe when I study in the UK in this year.

Music, Movies, and Books

The type of Film I like: Animation, Fictitious, Mystery and Comedy.
My favourite Music styles are Folk , Jazz, slow Rock and Aboriginal Music.
I like to read Stimulation, psychology, detective, comic and travelling books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've slept in 36 people's mix room and walked alone at the midnight in Italy. Moreover, I've performed in front of 3000 people.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn how to make a film, also practice my English in variety of ways.

I can teach people how to make Chinese traditional decorating Knot, and fold the balloon.

I can share my opinion about how to make cities become better and the differences between western and eastern cultures.
