ABOUT ME

I grew up in Santa Barbara with an enormous family interested in National Parks and loud dinner parties. I moved up to Berkeley for school, and studied math and astrophysics, and soon I'm going to go to Davis for grad school in math.

I want to make you tea and cookies, and hear about what you study and what you've done and what you think is neat.

I'm a little quiet and a little silly, kinda outdoorsy, kinda crafty, and delighted to make your acquaintance.

PHILOSOPHY

This world is totally neat, and full of amazing and wonderful people. I love learning new things and skills - there's a ton of crazy stuff out there!

I just joined, but I'm looking forward to hosting many people, and visiting many couches this summer on my travels. Thanks everyone - you're wonderful!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can give you some vegan baking tips (convert an egg!) - or baking tips in general, help with math questions (definitely not an expert, but I'd love to think them through with you), talk slightly vaguely about astrophysics, start you on some Dutch... I'd love to learn about fermentation and sourdough starters (mine is not nearly as robust as it ought to be), and your grand-mother's/father's secret recipe for pie. I want to learn what you want to teach!
