About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Escape from the Big Apple
ABOUT ME
My fellow West-coast expat friend and I had traveled all over on our own, but this time we decided to join force and travel together. We became fast friends while working at the Onion because our love for being extremely frugal and our low tolerance for alcohol. I love the city life in the Big Apple, but every once awhile an escape is needed.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My futon couch in the living room is available for maximum 2 travelers. My apartment is located in Astoria, Queens, about 30 minutes away from Manhattan.
I'd met a fellow couch surfer from Holland on this bike tour in New York. He was couch surfing at a friend of my friend's flat and got tag along with us to ride 40 miles around the Bronx during this Fall. I'd learn about this awesome network through him and hope to travel to Canada using this site.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
only couch-surfed a few times on friend of a friend's or friend of a friend's friend's and so forth, but via this network is definitely the first
