Yoav, 42, has lived in Tel Aviv for 17 years. Been living in a gay relationship for seven years now, and has a 7-month-old baby boy from co-parenthood.

I am Yoav and I have been showing visitors around Tel Aviv for many years. I would say my curiosity and love for people is the biggest reason I’m so engaged in hospitality. It is important for me to give my guests the sense that they are in good hands, that they have “an address” and someone they can call for advice. The immense amount of local cultural happenings here can appear insurmountable! This is why I find great joy in patiently explaining the best ways to take it all in.

The place is operated from a street-facing shop, designed as a warm and inviting lounge, where visitors are invited to ask for information, fill their water bottle free of charge, get some rest, refresh and move on to their next destination with renewed energies and accurate information.
