Meeting interesting people, creating friendships world wide.
I'm a nice man, sort of intellectual, who enjoys quiet conversations over a coffee. Big fan of classic books and films. My favorite types of music are Rock, Jazz and World Music. I'm also into folk dancing, which I do twice a week. My partner Dafna and I enjoy hiking and going abroad together.
Live and let live, love and let love.

Music, Movies, and Books
Films play a major part in our lives. Of contemporary film makers, we like the works of the Cohen brothers and those of Pedro Almodobar. Among the classics, my favorite film maker ever was Alfred Hitchcock, especially his works from the 40s and the early 50s.
Recently, I enjoyed the latest albums of Yael Naim, Keren Anne and PJ Harvey. Earlier in my life, I loved the works of Nick Cave, Lou Reed, Paul Simon. Just to name a few. I like listening to classics as well.
I read a lot. The last book I really liked reading was
"Piaskowa Gora" (=Sandy Hill) by the Polish author Joanna Bator. Other novels I have enjoyed recently were from Haruki Murakami, Antonio Muñoz Molina, Mario Vargas Llosa, Aleksandar Hemon and Andrey Kurkov.
