Overview
About Me
Aloha mother earth. It's me a half German half Indonesian mixture. I am born and raised in Berlin and I'm very grateful having found CS which allowed me to meet marvellous people from all around the globe. The idea of CS is still fascinating me and it improves my way of travelling, my way to understand the diversity of our planet. I'm always keen to meet new people no matter which ethnic background, skin color, gender, age, sexuality etc feel free to contact me. I really do admire omotenashi, the japanese way of hospitality and I try to let my guests feel that way.
PHILOSOPHY
Love and laugh break down all barriers
Trying to wander around the world by only observing and not judging is a job itself
"I remember one night at Muzdalifa with nothing but the sky overhead I lay awake amid sleeping Muslim brothers and I learned that pilgrims from every land--every color, and class, and rank; high officials and the beggar alike--all snored in the same language."
~ Malcolm X
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
You know that feeling? You travel somewhere, a new world you explore, maybe not even have the vaguest notion of the language, culture or characters or how to get from x to z. Then from nowhere a 'saint' appears and brings you fragments of the puzzle. I hope I can be that one and I'll have some big pieces for you. ;)

countless, being lost without guidebook and not able to read chinese characters in Taipei.
sleeping in a capsule hotel in tokyo is surreal.
every takeoff feels surreal and riding motorcycle in dense indonesian traffic,
meeting good souls on this website is amazing and I will never refuse a hop in a Japanese Onsen.

“I see my path, but I don't know where it leads. Not knowing where I'm going is what inspires me to travel it.”-Rosalia de Castro-
What I Can Share with Hosts
I do have some knowledge about photography and I am happy to share my vision, thoughts or perception about it.
