Who am I? Great question. Thanks for asking, haha :-D

So, short overview. I was born and raised in Belgium (Europe), country of delicious chocolates and beers. I studied chemistry and engineering which led me to go to France for an internship. Here I met this amazing girl. I decided to follow her to Malaysia/Singapore and ended up living there for almost a year. Now, I'm back in Belgium and working as an engineer, in the interesting world of paper production!

I feel privileged to have friend from many different cultures and backgrounds (Brazilian, Japanese, Malaysian, Bosian, Taiwanese, ...).
This really opend up my character. I would also describe myself as friendly, organised, helpful and cheerful.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I've met a lot of great people through couchsurfing. It has helped me to get through a difficult period in my life and led me to experience so many things get I wouldn't have dreamt about before. My CS adventure has been a trilling ride, to say the least.

Hiking the West Highland Way in Scotland (UK) with 20 kg bag pack in 8 days;
Traveling through Eastern Europe and Balkan (6 capitals in 2 weeks);
Supporting friends and family during the 100km 'March of the Dead', Belgium;
Voluntary work and team projects in Belgium.
Traveling in Asia by myself and meeting so many friendly CS'ers!
