Hey!

I was born in Utrecht, Netherlands. But when I was 5 months old I had a good conversation with my parents and we decided to move to Rotterdam. I have been living there ever since and it is my big love.

My first big trip was in 2010 when I went to India for 2 months to film a documentary. I was 19 years old and never travelled far or alone. Lived with an Indian family for 2 months and learned so much about the culture and traveling. Since then I backpacked a lot through Asia (standard route in South-East Asia), China and South-Korea. I Also visited Ghana, Zambia and Malawi for film projects.

My most recent backpack trip was in 2017/18 where I travelled Latin America for 7 months. Recently I lived in Malaga, Spain and after, for almost 2 years in Querétaro, Mexico.

Right now, I am back in Rotterdam.

I really love to meet locals and learn about their town from them. Being with locals makes you experience the place way better and more intense.

Also I like to be with other people to see cool stuff, drink beer, make music and have fun!

Música, películas y libros

I grew with classic American rock, but soon I discovered Punk/Rock music. Still today I am listening to that. Next to that genre I love to liste to some good ol folk, salsa, jazz and African music.
If you're a reader, im sorry, im not... I do read a lot though. But it's more for my filmwork.
