About Me

CURRENT MISSION

will make kimchi for couch

ABOUT ME

born and raised in jerusalem , spent most of the last decade cooking both here and abroad. during the last year i decided to leave professional kitchens and go to art school , and will start video dept. in bezalel in a few months.

as far as my traveling or living agenda goes the first thing that generally concerns me is what to eat , so i have amassed a vast knowledge on good food , how to make it and where to find it.

PHILOSOPHY

take the time you need to achieve your goals at peace , never stop, but you do not need to be in a hurry.

always look at what you have or seen or learned and do not count those that you didn't.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i was guest chef in taiwan earlier this year , that pretty much concluded my cooking career (for now , there might be a comeback of sorts) , it was a very unique experience sharing my (middle eastern/Israeli) food with people that have never tasted anything like it or have heard anything about israel rather than to avoid it.
