ABOUT ME

Moved to South Africa several years ago - love this beautiful Country.
I think I'm practical, a bit adventurous too... Eager to be challenged... Passionate about animals, nature, mountains, (I do love mountains) the sea-side...
I enjoy good times and good company.... Sound of laughing is a great thing.....

There are three fairy members in the house, Lord Django and mrs Tingy. They are interested in new people too much, they love to meet new people! And they love a little bit of attention and kindness of others and going for a W A L K.
AND there is THE "Ginger" , He is not only a cat. Sun receives its warmth, gold and orange from him, He is the Boss, the Highness, the Almighty, the Sir, even higher!!! He rules the house and the neighbourhood (I guess), I wish he could rule the entire world, no doubt it would be a better place :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I was lucky to be helped by fellow couch surfer and good friend, Andrew Dunn, when I moved to South Africa or another great friend Martin before moving to SA.
And I would like to meet new people who are interested to meet new people!! . Sharing some experience. Hearing others stories about life, advantures and places that they have seen :)

Books: Alchemist... The little Prince
Music: Almost everything in minor chords... It depends if I can connect to what I listen or not! Leonard Cohen was/is one of my favourite singers I love his voice and most of his lyrics!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Love of the mountains :)
Mountain climbing/hiking never fails to make me happy.
I don't know.... Bungee jumping! The night before of Bunjee jumping my house mate and I made a flag "No Borders"... I jumped with that flag :)
Once, 4 or 5 stray dogs got hold of my kitten... They were busy mauling her... I needed to fight the dogs for saving my cat out of their jaws... Luckily she survived and could move after about two weeks :)
Some thing else... I did a solo walk about 400 kilometres in 13 days in order to raise awareness and importance of the nature, earth and the whole being green...
