ABOUT ME

Growing up in a remote mountain area in the southwestern China, I could touch the natural world freely since early childhood. So climbing mountains, finding mushrooms, watching birds and picnicking in the woods are the best memories in my mind. I always dreamed to travel outside my small town, and then outside of my country, to see the world and meet different friends. After graduating from high school, I went to Beijing for my college. Seven years later, I came to the US to get my PhD. I work hard during school days, and try every opportunity to travel around, to make my dreams come true.
