ABOUT ME

I am a South Korean also I'm currently studying in University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire campus. This is my 5th year in US studying, and I have been traveling around the world. I really like to experience new things, and meet new people. I am very opened and friendly. It is pretty easy to get along with me. I am interested in listening to people's view of different cultures. It is eye opening experience also it helps me to understand people more.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is continuous moment of choices. Whatever you choose right now, it will change your future. I never thought about personal philosophy, but I think that is mine. I looked back, it was always moment of choosing this one or that one. It was always hard choices, but I never regret my choices.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I read the book about traveling, and it introduced me couch surfing. I forgot about it for a while, then my friend recommend me couch surfing as mean of traveling. I tried it with my friends, and I really liked it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couch surfing was in Colorado Spring, Colorado. She was really nice and friendly. It was probably best experience ever. I know it always happens that way, but it was just awesome that you can do such a nice things for some stranger.

Intereses

My interests are mainly in experience. I think experience is that something you can't buy or sell. It is just yours. I tried to experience as much as possible. Also history is my favorite story to listen. Cultures, people, and different languages are also very interesting to me.

Movies- Christopher Nolan movies (Memento, Dark Knight, Inceptions) very unique sometimes criticize our world.

music- I don't have a favorite genre but I prefer listening to good voice musics.

Books - I really like investigation novels, and also interesting thrillers.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I went to Africa last summer, it was amazing trip. I learned, saw, and experienced so much things from the trip. It was a lot of sacrificing but I never regret my decision to go to Africa. Also study abroad in another country more than 4 years. It was amazing how deep you can get involved with just one culture.

I realized that the world is smaller than we thought. I traveled 4 different continent so far. It taught me that people are same. A lot of people hesitate to do stuff because of their circumstances but when you will be able to do it with all the circumstances are satisfied? It is impossible, sometimes you gotta do it.

I want to learn languages more. I realize that the language is some kind of key to the new world. You can experience whole other world with languages. Even phrase or word, I am ready to learn.
