About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Be comfortable where I am

ABOUT ME

Recently, I've realized that I am a so-called existential migrant. Movement, travel, distance are basic conditions of my being, and thus at any time I am striking a balance between closeness and independence, between belonging and escape.

I am compassionate, ironic, creative, reserved, silly, lighthearted, deep. I think much more than I speak. I try to remain humble.

I have a big smile, and an even bigger heart.

PHILOSOPHY

"When things get tough, this is what you should do: Make good art. I'm serious. Husband runs off with a politician - make good art. Leg crushed and then eaten by a mutated boa constrictor - make good art. IRS on your trail - make good art. Cat exploded - make good art. Someone on the Internet thinks what you're doing is stupid or evil or it's all been done before - make good art." -Neil Gaiman

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to couchsurfing, honestly speaking. A very very close friend swears by this community, and hence, I want to give it a try. I'm used to traveling alone, very used to it in fact. But I'm a bit sick of doing it, I'd rather create connections in the places I visit.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Most recently, I have had a wonderful experience of meeting a new, good friend from Denmark who stayed with a friend of mine. It made me want to try myself.
