I am easy going, friendly person. I love travelling and explore different cultures. I like dancing such as salsa, bachata. I am currently learning argentinian tango. I speak also few languages such as French, English and a bit of Italian and learning German, Spanish and Chinese (mandarin).
In my free time I am teaching Ashtanga yoga in London and I love everything in relation to self development.
I think it is important to keep learning and to grow in different ways.
I love also psychology, inspiring films, books and my new hobby is learning to play guitarre.

The last two books I read: Power of Now and Buddha and brain. Last few films I watched are: The Way, I am teacher, Peaceful Worrier. In terms of music I love mantras, instrumental, classic, jazz etc

I made 200 hrs of Ashtanga Yoga teacher training in Thailand in November 2016.

Also wonderful experience I did is Camino Portugues da Costa - 260 km by foot from Porto to Santiago in July 2019.

I can teach you Ashtanga yoga, we can meditate together also. I will be also happy to teach you French, Russian or we can have language exchange and you can teach me your language.
