ABOUT ME

I was born in Siberia, Russia. Yes, people live there and it gets cold in winters but it's not as bad as you may think. I miss my hometown and the beauty of untouched Siberian nature.

At the age of 16 I moved to Toronto on my own. It was an interesting experience to settle in a new country without friends or family. In 2013 I decided to move to New York city after completing a summer internship. I love New York for its crazy energy. In 2014 I worked at a hostel in Puerto Rico for two months. After that, I couchsurfed in Florida, California, Arizona and Colorado. Last year I stayed at a Krishna temple in Utah where I volunteered at the farm and took care of llamas. I also couchsurfed more in Oregon, Washington and Southern Cali.

My couchsurfing experience has been amazing, thanks to my awesome hosts! I've been very lucky to travel to many beautiful places around the world at such a young age. I am excited about the new experiences and connections with people.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a big admirer of ancient eastern philosophy, so I do believe in karma and rebirth. Materialism does not bring true happiness. Build connections with people, create art of any form, enjoy nature, laugh, dance, be inspired, life is here right now! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I learned about couchsurfing from a travel magazine when I was 12 years old. I told my parents that I we should host and they agreed. We hosted some nice couples at our place in Siberia.

I couchsurfed in Miami, SF, LA, Grand Canyon, Denver, Philly, Salt Lake City, Portland, Seattle, San Diego, Key West.
