I am a third-year student from Ukraine majoring in Finance and I am crazily in love with life. Journeys and adventures is what brings me the deepest satisfaction. I am currently doing my Erasmus exchange semester in Paris.

I am very open-minded and optimistic and can easily adapt. Communicating with people, getting to know them and sharing experiences are few of my favorite things in the world.

I also like long walks and beautiful pictures (either to look at or try to take one myself).

Pets and cute coffeshops are my weaknesses :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Learning and exploring with fun are my biggest passions, and I'd love to meet people who share them.
It's always a pleasure for me to show around my city and contribute to someone's experiences.
I also believe there's no greater way to truly get to know another country than by spending time in the company of its locals.
CS is a perfect platform to connect like-minded people and look at the foreign places from the inside.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like exploring different kinds of music, movies and literature and not stopping on a single one.

I have favorite songs from almost all genres.

As about movies, the ones that touched me and gave some food for thought are: The Green Mile, The Imitation Game, The Theory of Everything, Pawn Sacrifice, Shutter Island, Her, The Judge, Mr. Nobody, Before Sunrise.
That doesn't mean I don't watch all those action movies, comedies and chick-flicks! Actually, I go for them most of the time for a friends night or to relax after a hard day.

I love to read a lot, and I've liked most of the books I've read, be it a classic book from one of those 'must-read' lists or a newly released New York Times bestseller.

As you can see, I keep an open mind about everything, and probably that's why I liked most of the things I've tried :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going abroad alone as a sixteen-year-old for the first time ever to spend a year in the United States as an exchange student was pretty exciting!
