Originally from Russia, Chelyabinsk, an industrial city on the Southern Urals, where I grew up and then moved to St. Petersburg, where I lived for about 10 years and beginning of 2022 I moved to Munich. So now trying to master German and working in an IT company. On free time I like to explore new places or discover something new in well-known areas.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I was a bit hesitant to use Couchsurfing at the beginning, then in 2019 I decided to give it a try and had great experience with people who hosted me or guests at my place. It is really encouraging to meet new people all over the word, to share experience of traveling, thoughts, world and life outlook.

Now I'm quite new to Munich and looking for joined activities like visiting theatre or galleries, walking around the city, doing some hiking and so on. From time to time like to travel across Germany to know the country and culture better.

I am listening to almost any kind of music, except probably something very specific like russian chanson or so. Books… there are so many of them. Master and Margarita by M. Bulgakov, Karamazov Brothers by Dostoyevsky, Harry Potter and Methods of Rationality, Essays by J. Franzen, Memory of memory by M. Stepanova, Brodsky, Nabokov’s Luzhin’s Defence and Ada and many others…

As of know I don't have much to share as I recently moved to Munich and my apartment is almost empty. Anyway I can at least my time and experience.
