I’m 30 and enjoying life on the sunny coast of Cartagena, Colombia. 🌴🌞 I’m a chemical engineer who loves traveling, languages, and great food. My adventures in the U.S., Brazil, Saudi Arabia, and Colombia have taught me to appreciate cultural diversity.

🏠 I live in a peaceful spot in southern Cartagena, about 14 km from downtown (45 min by bus, 30 min by Uber). My house doesn’t have air conditioning, so you’ll truly experience the tropical climate 🌡️.

🕒 I work Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We leave at 6:20 a.m., and you’re welcome back after 6:00 p.m. On weekends, I’d love to explore the city with you. During December, January, June, and July, my schedule is more flexible because I work as a professor.

Música, películas y libros

When it comes to music, reggae and electronic are my go-to vibes, but honestly, I enjoy all kinds of music. 🎵 There's always a beat or melody to fit the moment!

For movies, I’m a big fan of action and suspense. There’s nothing like a gripping storyline or a good adrenaline rush to keep you hooked! 🎬

Algo increíble que he hecho

Crecí en un país tropical sin estaciones, así que nunca había vivido un invierno... hasta que un año decidí tener dos inviernos en el mismo año.

Primero viajé a Europa y Medio Oriente en enero y sentí el frío por primera vez. Luego, ese mismo año, fui al hemisferio sur (Chile, Argentina, Uruguay y Brasil) justo en su temporada de invierno.

❄️ Fue una mezcla de asombro, mucho frío y aprendizaje para adaptarme a algo totalmente nuevo.

Growing up in a tropical country without seasons, I had never experienced winter… until I decided to have two winters in the same year.

First, I traveled to Europe and the Middle East in January, feeling the cold for the very first time. Later that year, I went to the Southern Hemisphere (Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil) during their winter season.

❄️ It was a mix of wonder, chills (literally!), and learning to adapt to something completely new.
