I was a student of Computer Science and Chinese Literature, but later I turned to study Linguistics. Based on these, I became a Mandarin Teacher, and I was teaching at a University in Taiwan and in a high school in the Philippines. Now I live in Taipei and I am organizing language activities in Cafe regularly. I love to travel and to visit different countries. That is why I chose to teach overseas, and also why I decided to be an exchange student in Turkey before. Although I don't like to join activities such as parties or something like this in order to socialize, I enjoy meeting different people from different places during my travel or during my stay in other countries.

So that is why I use this website and why I want to stay in others' home which might be an interesting place instead of staying alone in hotels. Maybe my home is temporarily not suitable for coming surfers, but I am still very happy to meet people who visit my home city.

Instead of staying in a hotel alone, I'd prefer to meet local people and understand the culture more. Also, as one of my interest, learn some local language!

Orienteering. Beside of events in Taiwan, I had also participated in events in Hong Kong, Turkey, and Albania.
Table Tennis. But I am only a beginner.
Irish Dancing. I don't have much time but want to learn this well again.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in university, I participated in a drama playing in front of more than a thousand people. This playing is the graduation project of the Department of Chinese Literature, and I am very happy that I could have this opportunity to stand on the stage. After all, drama is not my major, and I would never have such an experience in the future, maybe.
