About Me
Hi! I live in Kartal, Istanbul. I’m curious by nature and love to learn new things. I’m a positive and friendly person who doesn’t like drama or controversy—I’m the kind of friend who always tries to keep the peace. I’m realistic, patient, and a good listener, so I’m here not just to talk but to really understand.
I have a creative side too! I was in my college theater club, and I’m a professional photographer. I can even do stand-up comedy and paint with oil colors—basically, I enjoy making people laugh and being artistic. I work as an IT manager in a private company, but since I’m not too swamped with work, I have time to enjoy my hobbies during the day. If you like a calm, friendly person with a touch of creativity and humor, that’s me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I can’t travel abroad or meet new people from different cultures easily, so I thought, “Why not let them come to me?” At first, my English was a bit rusty and I didn’t have the courage to use a site like this. But now, things have changed — and here I am!
I believe we’ll get along just fine. I’m naturally friendly and always curious to make new friends. Honestly, I wish I could chat with someone new every single day! Meeting people is my jam. So, why am I here? To turn “stranger danger” into “hello, friend!”

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was messing around with leverage trading on the Binance app, even though my family strongly advised against it. One day, I dramatically ran away from home and hid out in a café for a day and a half. Miraculously, I turned $2,400 into $40,000 and paid off all my debts. Who knew running away and staring at a screen could pay off so well?
Teach, Learn, Share
I agree with you—this is truly a wonderful thing! We should not be selfish. Yes, sometimes I buy things I don’t even need (hello, 5 coffee mugs and 3 funky hats), but that doesn’t mean I’m here to pay for all your expenses. We support each other, like a quirky little family, because life is not a solo game.
In this world of give and take, the Couchsurfing spirit shines. We teach what we know, learn from what we don’t, and share everything in between—because nobody wants to be a mysterious stranger with a suitcase full of secrets.
So let’s keep this cycle going: you help me with directions, I help you find the best taco stand, and together we make memories (and maybe even save on hotel bills). Win-win!
