I’m Yusef, a designer, photographer, musician based out of Vermont, USA and Marrakech, Morocco.

I left the comfort of the corporate world last year to pursue the things that matter most to me. I now have the time and space to travel and be inspired by life while pouring myself into my interests uninhibited.

Currently I am a tour photographer for bands on the road.

I am very interested in modernist and postmodernist design objects and architecture, anything music or guitar related. I like dissecting and discussing contemporary culture and trends, universal laws. Really I have too many interests and I could talk at length about nearly anything! Try me!

Travel while being fun, is most fulfilling and inspiring when I gather new perspectives and exchange ideas with people from all walks of life. Couchsurfing has always seemed like a place where open-minded people who are interested in non-standard ways of living gather.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

A few years ago, I rescued a stray cat from the streets of Marrakech, bringing him all the way to my parents in Vermont, USA. It took weeks of care and a stressful two-day journey, but he made it safe and sound. Lucky is now living a great life in the Vermont woods.
