Hi there! I'm Elena, originally from Beijing, China and currently studying in Greece for a year and a half. I study Greek literature but haven't officially started the course in the college. Still trying to pick up the language:p

I'm an open-minded, easy-going and warm-hearted person, always curious about life and ready to embrace any cool and innovative ideas.
Now that I've lived in a different culture, I'd say I've been through the culture shock stage but people keep surprising me everyday with their experiences and ideology. However it's always amazing and somewhat satisfactory to realize how people are actually alike than different at the end of the day.

Ps. I just signed up on couchsurfing so apparently the reference section is empty:p I couldn't be more thrilled when thinking about how many interesting people I'm gonna meet, how many beautiful encounter I'm gonna embrace and how many wonderful stories we are gonna share together! Let's create some worthy memories:)

I love cooking and enjoy the fulfillment it offers when sharing the cuisine with others. What can be more exciting than a pile of empty dishes left by those who can't resist my cooking:p

I'm enthusiastic about languages. It couldn't be better if I could pick up a few words from anyone. Also I'm trilled about English accents and how it uncovers your personality. I can teach you some Chinese, or Greek if you are interested:)

I play the piano and love singing. If would be wonderful if we could have a mini concert at home!! Or throw a karaoke night haha;)

I believe that people here in the cs community always carry around their own stories and personal wisdom. I feel more than honored to share mine with you and vice versa, but most importantly to create our mutual story and adventure!
