I'm a big fan of old time rock music, as well jazz and blues. I like to cook but I'm not goona say I'm good at it XD.
I'm interested in many fields including literature, philosophy, politics, history and religion. Recently I mostly focus on the history and current life of Yugoslavia and Middle Eastern, so I'm on my way to explore those areas.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel to different areas and experience various cultures all around the world, Couchsurfing is great to communicate with local people, deeply learn about and integrate into local cultures; as well I can share my culture and experience with people I meet, so we can understand the differences between several cultures, by which we can reduce misunderstanding and appreciate the world from divergent perspectives.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I'm really obsessed with all kinds of music, most are old rock, blues and jazz though, currently my top 3 Albums include Abbey Road by the Beatles, Rumours by Fleetwood Mac and Different Class by Pulp;
Movies: my favorite directors are Stanley Kubrick and Emir Kusturica, I'm also a fan of French new wave movies.
Books: I'm a big fan of Fyodor Dostoyevsky, although I think I can't fully understand and comprehend everything in his books at current stage, I'm also fascinated by Hermann Hesse's spirituality and philosophy.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Chinese Kongfu and how to raise pandas(just kidding🤣). Well serious I think I can teach you some Chinese and Eastern Asian culture, history and philosophy, and maybe some Chinese language if you're interested.
I really want to learn about different cultures , religions, mindsets and languages.
We can share our opinions on the spinning world and try to find some shinning points hidden in our daily life.
