I used to travel when I was single, but now that I’m a mother of two young children trying to strike a balance between work and family, I do it less. Still, I love meeting new people and gaining new perspectives through others’ stories. Life can be wearying once you become parents, so hopefully by becoming a host ( or someday maybe as a traveler again) I can keep that energetic vibes in life:)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of staying with people from different countries and cultures. The way I see travel, it's the people that you meet, rather than the sightseeing spots you visit, that makes the journey memorable and valuable. You never know who may make a difference in your thoughts/life through these chance encounter, and I welcome that opportunity with open arm.
