I am a health practitioner/nutritionist/ well-being coach/ healer/author.

Since June 2023 I am back in the Netherlands after living for 3 years in London and Mexico.

I love to dance salsa and bachata. Back in the days I was addicted to it. A recently learned some West coast swing, also nice to dance.

I practice the law of attraction, it really is amazing how it works, but still learning.

I am some one who is always positive, always see the brightsight of everything. There are no problems, only solutions. Really appreciating and living life at the fullest.

I want to travel all over the world. Meeting people, trigger people, helping people, heal people. I want to make a difference in somebodies life. Even if I am just some stranger you can tell your story to or a shoulder to lean on or just cry and let it al go. Couchsurfing is connecting with other people. Staying in a hotel not.
On my trip through America I connected with so many people, so grateful that I met them and they were grateful that they met me, we meant a lot for each other. That's whats life is all about, connecting with people.
