About Me

CURRENT MISSION

year 2010-2011 Having my 1st backpacking experience (for 1 year) in Australia
year 2011-2012 Having my 2nd Working Holiday in Hong Kong, where the place I live.
Year 2012 - now: Enjoy share the nature of Hong Kong to everyone who like to know more.

ABOUT ME

As I grew up from a poor family, I didn't have many travel experence before 25 y/o. Having a gap year / graduation travel became a dream in heart when I finish my study in university.

Now, nearly 30 y/o, I know that if I don't let myself to be a backpacker once, I will regret for my life-time. Hence, I quit my 'stable and good pay' job in Hong Kong, leaving all my $$ to my family (as I am the bread-earner for my family), letting myself to be backpacker in Australia (thank you for the working holiday visa).

Besides to make my dream comes true, I believe that as a teacher who want to teach the youth that maybe belong to the 'bottom' of the generation, getting more life experience for myself can help them more. Also meeting different people from different countries, live and work with them, letting me have more understanding of the world. @ 2011/04

And now, after finished my 1 year working holiday in Australia, I'm having my 2nd working holiday in Hong Kong. ^^ @ 2011/10

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

@2011/10
after my 1st CS experience in Darwin, Australia, now I understand that CS is a good place to make friends and experience life in different country. Hope that I can have more CS experience later in my life =)

@2011/04
not yet - really looking for my 1st experience!

From the very beginning, I feel unsafe to be join CS as I have to live in someone I don't know. But after meeting several people who have CS experience, I know that it is not just about 'having a couch', but 'living with locals', whihc is one of my aim for my travel. Hope that I can enjoy the CS experience.
