What is there to say about myself? I'm a phd student in mathematics in Ghent, Belgium.
I love travel, food, music, and all the standard stuff that people tend to love.

I am dutch and have lived a great part of my life in the Dutch Caribean, surounded by sun sea and island culture. This makes me laid back and easy going and sometimes late for appointments ;).

I like making new friends and usually return any kindness tenfold.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To try something new and meet people.
Honestly, in the past, travel companions had convinced me not to make use of couchsurfing.
But after binge watching a youtube channel (the budgeteers) and my boyfriend saying how the book 1000 days of summer really changed his opinion on couchsurfing, I really want to give it a go.
