ABOUT ME

I graduated from UC Davis and then joined AmeriCorps, where I did non-profit/government work for 10 months across the East Coast and the South with a team of 10 others from ages 19-24. It was eye-opening to see how different the South really is from California and I loved every minute of the 4 months I spent living in New Orleans rebuilding houses.

Recently, I've been living in San Francisco working for an internet start-up company writing and editing blogs along with marketing stuff.

My east coast friends claim I'm some kind of ultra-ambassador for California, since I love the state so much. But seriously, you have to visit.

I'm someone who likes to go out and do things almost every night. I get extremely restless sitting at home and watching TV when I know I could be outside hanging out with friends or trying something new.

Too many people are lonely. People > things.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed a few times. It's a great way to see how people really live in a specific city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only surfed twice: Seattle and Portland. Had a great time both places and I look forward to surfing again in the future. I'd love to host, but California is so damn expensive that I don't know when I'll ever have my own place (or even get to choose roommates cool enough to be into CS).
