*below is my history as a surfer*

Well after a year long application process I'm off to Chicago to begin medical school! I'll be technically homeless for the next few months, so I won't be able to host in Boston any more. I look forward to meeting more cool surfers in Chicago! Before all of that begins I'll be traveling and surfing my way around SE Asia. If you have any tips please shoot them my way!

I've been in Boston long enough now to to pretend to know my way around and call this city my new home. I can't travel to the extent I wish I could, but the stories of surfers certainly help stave off the wonderlust. I'm starting to apply to grad school, so that is my life for the moment. I survived my second winter in the north east and looking forward to the sun! -April 2015

I've settled down in Cambridge and I'm ready to start hosting! I'm incredibly happy to be here, work, and life in general couldn't be better. -2013/2014

Well after a wonderful year of travel and trying to figure out what to do with my life, I've landed an amazing job in Cambridge and will be moving out there by car from Oregon in the month of August. I'm looking to meet lots of awesome people along my way across the country. I have a great place lined up in Cambridge, so I'd be more that happy to host and return the favor if ever you feel like coming out to Boston! -2013

Just finished my degree in mathematics from University of Oregon... I'm headed to Europe for about 5 months starting in October and I want the best cultural experience possible. The plan it to surf around the continent, meeting as many awesome interesting people along the way.
Life seems to be working out pretty well so far...
I've really got no clue how it's all going to work out... and i'm not sure where i'm going to end up, but somehow life always seems to work out. After several years of uni, I'm restless and in need of adventure. Along the way i hope to discover what i really want to do with my life. -2012

After surfing my way around Europe, I can't say enough good things about CS. It allowed me to meet countless amazing people in every city I traveled through. Through meetups and surfing every person I met was memorable in one way or another.

Now that I finally live in a great city, it's been awesome to see the other side of things as a host. I've hosted people from all over the world, each with unique perspective. It keeps life interesting.

Watching the NYE fireworks from the roof of an 8 story apartment building in Vienna. The sky was filled with light in every direction. Spectacular.

The time I spent in the bugaboos. Ten days living completely detached from everything in one of the most beautiful places I've even seen.

I'm always happy to teach anyone anything and everything there is to know about climbing. It's been my passion for the last 12 years. Cooking is another skill that I love to share, making food for friends or watching and learning the cuisine of a different culture... I could also probably teach you a thing or two about math after 4 years studding it I'd like to think i know a thing or two... realistically I know precious little. We could also nerd out about cancer genomics.
