I am a French student in economics and social science in Lyon. I am 18 years old. I really enjoy travelling and have been to Spain, Italy and the United States. This summer with another friend I will travel around Europe by train with Interrail and we will visit Amsterdam, Berlin, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Glasgow, Wick and London for a month. Our project is to get to know our continent and its different cultures better. I really like photography and I do it with my brother, I have a Sony a6300. I live in the centre of Lyon and I love walking the streets with my friends our city is beautiful. I also ski in a club in a resort near Lyon. Later on I would like to live abroad. I plan to study in Canada. I also like cinema very much and I often go there.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In California I lived with host families and I really enjoyed being with the people. It taught me a lot about American culture and I would like to have the same relationship with couchsurfing. I like to learn about the different customs of each country. I like to meet people and share good times.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a big fan of Steven Spielberg's films including Pentagon Papers, The Bridge of Spies, Minority Report, Indiana Jones. I also love Quentin Tarantino's movies (pulp fiction, Django, Inglourious Basterds) and I can't wait for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. I listen to a lot of American rap (Eminem, Joyner Lucas, Dr Dre, Kendric Lamar, Travis scott, Drake...) and also many other kinds of music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the summer of 2018 I spent a month in San Francisco with several host families. I was able to greatly improve my English and it was also my first big solo trip. It was an extraordinary and enriching experience that allowed me to meet very nice people. They made me visit their country in a cool way.
