Originally from Philadelphia, I started traveling abroad during my gap year when I worked in South Africa and England. Since graduating from university in Boston, I've lived in Cambodia, California, Laos and Myanmar. Traveling and experiencing new cultures, belief systems, and way of finding meaning are my top priorities right now, and I'm always down for a new adventure.

I've hosted several travelers at my house in Philadelphia over the years and have stayed with some incredible host families in various countries. Meeting new people and learning about new cultures and practices are the most exciting parts of traveling for me and, whether I'm staying with or hosting someone, going out and experiencing a new area is always fun.

I bungee jumped from the Victoria Falls Bridge in Zimbabwe and witnessed an elephant herd crossing the Zambezi in the same day!

I'm a decent cook who loves conversation, going out to bars, coffee shops, or just to take a walk around town/ in nature. I'm very easy going and am always willing to help out with groceries, around the house, etc!
