I'm more of a non-participator, but maybe someday I'll be able to be a bit more accommodating.

Interests

Pretty much limited to studying these days. In my life before PA school I was into surfing, fly-fishing, reading (for actual fun) and fitness.

Music, Movies, and Books

We like Jack Johnson 'round here, but between my wife and kids, we've established quite the eclectic taste for music and arts. I mostly read medical stuff anymore, but I really enjoy philosophy and travel works as well. The wife is really into good fiction and adventure. Not big movie people these days. Open to suggestions though.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Post-earthquake Haiti. Sailed into the tail end of a typhoon. I have tons of sailing stories from my Coast guard days and ambulance stories from my urban paramedic days for anyone who wants to hear them. :)

Eat more veggies.
I love to hear about other people's home towns, even the "mundane" details.
I play a mean ukulele, but only by request. :)
