CURRENT MISSION

Going to be traveling around South America for the next few months and I am starting in Lima, Peru! I cannot wait to get down there and see all the culture South America has to offer. I really am looking to have an adventure of a lifetime, and would love to couch surf most of my time down there to get a real local feel for where I am at!

ABOUT ME

I love traveling and meeting new people. I don't like to consider myself as a "tourist" either. I want to be embedded in each countries culture that I visit, and I hope to obtain that through couchsurfing.

I love being outside and having new experiences, no matter what they may be. I am very open minded and love trying new things each and every day. How else are you going to find out what you really like other than trying it for yourself?

PHILOSOPHY

I truly believe in the golden rule, treat others how you want to be treated. Sometimes you don't always run into the nicest/kindest people, but my theory is to kill them with kindest. I am nowhere near perfect, but if I can pass at least one thing positive off to someone, I feel like I did something good. I truly believe in "Paying it Forward"

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to host as well as surf. I am not sure which I love more though! I absolutely love having people come and stay at my house so I can show them the city I live in and what surrounds us but I also really love to couchsurf with others in other places! They both leave me with very positive experiences and enlightenment in one way or another.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed my way through Europe when I was on a 3 month backpacking trip there last year, and since then my roommate and I have had numerous people come and couchsurf at our house! I absolutely love the couchsurfing community.

I love all sorts of music from folk, accoustic, hip-hop, rock, alternative, R&B, etc.. but my favorite band would have to be Mumford & Sons.
