Hello! I'm a recent college graduate doing a bit of traveling for the first time. I love to experience different cultures and I absolutely love the arts: anything from music to visual arts. In my free time I write and skateboard, as well as play music. I love to meet new people, especially those with a sense of humor.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm currently on Mallorca with my girlfriend, with whom I am traveling around. We are looking for other exciting opportunities to visit different areas, and Couchsurfing seemed like it would be a good fit.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to so much music it's hard to pick a genre, but I'll try. I particularly like oldies, such as 60's & 70's Motown and Funk. I'm a big fan of Jazz as well, including the Latin variety. For modern music, I enjoy alternative indie rock, and soul music. I'm also partial to bluegrass.

I like many different movies, usually independent films, or those submitted to festivals.

There isn't enough space here to showcase my love of books, but let's just say I read anything from classics like Hemingway and Fitzgerald (especially the short stories) to contemporary non-fiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once sold a painting in high school. I wouldn't call that "Amazing" but it's something.

I'm certified to teach English to non native speakers. Other than that, I play many instruments and would love to share some knowledge.
