Born in Manhattan, grew up in Bethesda, MD, Newport, RI, and Santa Barbara, CA. After University, I went back to NYC and was based there for most of my adult life, though I toured frequently and have lived in England, Holland, Italy, and Cape Town.
I'm a professional actor/singer and a theater/small film director.
I enjoy interesting perspectives and have always been intrigued with diverse cultures.
I've visited most countries in Northern and Western Europe (except Portugal), Brazil, Africa, Canada and Mexico (easier to write here than to list separately below)!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I will be traveling a fair amount in the next couples years (that is my intent, anyway) and occasionally to a city in which I know no one. I may soon also be able to host people here in Santa Barbara, and as it is a small town, I would welcome the fresh perspectives of a tourist.
