I live to travel and meet new people. I want to make friendships and learn new things. I don't like staying at hotels and going through the motions of seeing all the tourist attractions in a place. I like to talk to the people who live in a city, eat what the locals eat and have fun like I live there. I love hearing stories and exchanging travel tidbits. Have I mentioned I love new friends?

I also love the idea of paying things forward and having what goes around comes around. If I spread good energy and live my best life, whatever happens is meant to happen. I just go with the flow and I really enjoy spending time with others that think and live like that.

When I am interested in something, I like to immerse myself wholeheartedly in that interest. I am a very obsessive person, I love binge watching series and binge reading too. I love to work with my hands. I draw, paint, quilt, origami.

I like biking. I love swimming, either at the beach or in pools. I love the beach, I can walk along the beach all day long. I love walking, I can walk all day ad not get tired. I usually have no destination, I just walk where I think feels right. I love long conversation and getting to meet new people. Something about different perspectives makes mine own seem new and refreshing once I return to my normal life.

My favorite book is the Great Gatsby, with The Sun Also Rises being a close second. When I first read them, I hated them but as with wine they get better with time.

I love Game of Thrones, was a committed Grey's Anatomy fan until season 12. I live apocalyptic series, like The 4400, The Walking Dead. I also love children's movies, with my most recent favorite being Cars 3.

I love YA, I do. There's something about the genre that reels me in. I love the way its predictable but I always want to know how the author might have tweaked the storyline. I have been made fun of before, but it's like mental white noise for me.

Depending on when you come, we have an extra bedroom available or the living room is always free. I have access to a kitchen, washer, and of course, bathroom facilities. We live right next to a store, so you can buy food to prepare at home. There is access to public transportation a few streets away.
