Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet people from different walks of life and find out the best things to see and do in that part of the world!

I believe that what you give/ put out in the universe you will receive, however we should not expect anything. That being said once I have finished my travels I would be more than happy to host some of the friends I have made on the way.

I'm looking forward to meeting interesting and kind people through couch surfing. I think it could be a great way to meet people outside of bars or the typical hostel environment.

Interests

When I'm not travelling I enjoy cooking, eating out, the occasional night out dancing and spending my free days off at the beach and also keeping fit by running and swimming.

I have also gotten into yoga and meditation which I have found really useful.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music! Depending on my mood; Radiohead, The Cure, Aphex twin, Daft Punk, Lil Kim, Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, Joy Division, New Order, Fat Boy Slim, Outkast, Moby, Le1f, Missy Elliot. To name a few!

In my spare time I enjoy watching documentaries on a variety of subjects including
Environmental issues, human rights and current affairs. I love how these documentaries give me a greater perspective on my place in the world.

Books: Gone Girl, The Kite Runner, The Girl with the dragon tattoo, Holy cow.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hmm I camped in the desert with only a sleeping bag under the stars in Rajasthan India. That was pretty darn amazing!

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy cooking and would love to teach you how / cook up a delicious bowl of spaghetti bolognese or a traditional Indian curry!

One of my many talents include being able to tear up the dance floor. So if you need any Twerk lessons you can count on me!
