About Me

ABOUT ME

I love new languages, new people and new experiences. I'm currently living in Avignon teaching English to French children. I love Avignon and I like being able to speak French with native French speakers!

I grew up in Tucson, Arizona in the United States. I love that city because it is very multicultural and open minded! Plus it gave me some Spanish language skills, which is pretty rockin'!

I like hilarity, either instigating it or being involved in it! I like people who have a sense of humor and I always appreciate laughter.

PHILOSOPHY

Keeping your eyes, ears and mind open to understand the people and places around you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm always available to help out a couchsurfer either by hosting, if I have a couch, or by showing someone around my city, or just grabbing a drink together.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't officially couch surfed yet, but I would love to and have only heard great things about it. I love meeting new people and going to new places so couch surfing sounds perfect!

Interests

I love to travel, I love music, I love reading, I love to dance and I love languages! I think it's really interesting how every language has it's own manner of expressing things, so the more you study language the more diverse perspectives you find.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love comedy, especially when it makes you look at a subject in a different light. Live Music is always a positive thing, I like the experience of listening to music be it rock, electronic, classical, etc...generally for me, the more instruments the better! I love to read, and have been focusing on reading in French while I'm in France. I'm currently reading the Comte de Monte Cristo and du poesie de Boris Vian. Both great!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Everything's amazing, isn't it?
