I am a traveller, not a tourist. My dream is to travel to every single country and island in the world. I have always travelled solo and prefer to take the off-beaten tracks. I travel to learn and I want to experience a country's culture first hand and this is why I prefer to hang out with locals. I am also a documentary photographer and I have embedded myself with cave communities in Iran and Afghanistan as I documented their unique way of life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2015, I bought a Nikon DSLR and 2 Nikon lenses for a Palestinian refugee kid living in Shatila Refugee Camp in Lebanon to fulfil his dream of becoming a photographer. I taught him how to use the camera and he told me that photography has changed his life and this gave me great satisfaction.
