retired English teacher, translator of books from Russian to Bulgarian, love my children and grandchildren, but love travelling as well. I am a curious person who hopes the others are curious about different cultures.

ABOUT ME

Retired English teacher, translator of books from Russian to Bulgarian, love my children and grandchildren, but love travelling as well. Young at heart. I try to keep active, both physically and mentally. 65 years old ...but that is only statistics. And it is true what they say, you are only as old as you feel and inside I am in my mid 30's...I plan to enjoy the next 40 years or more living life to the fullest...still in pretty good shape...People say that I am friendly, and I keep friends for a lifetime. I tend to see the good in people until proven otherwise. I can say that throughout my life I have never been bored. I know how to keep myself entertained with my various interests.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is short, hurry! My personal mantra (along with Nike) is just do it. I don't think there is anything that can not be accomplished if one puts their mind to it. We're all on Planet Earth together and must work to make this world a better place. The best way to bring peace to our earth is through getting to know and understand each other - to share time and space.

Art, culture, travel, animals, journaling, enjoying friends, sacred sites, great conversations, good meals and movies, reading, hiking (gently),photography, art, needlework, computers, television, gardening, cooking, baking, family and grandkids. I love adventure! I enjoy travel, experiencing new places, people, foods, etc. But I also like to be at home cooking for family/friends. Sports: walking, camping and dance.
